June 18 -19 Dows Lake to Long Island Lock

The Dragon Races were scheduled the day after we left Dow's Lake, these boats full or rowers in an assortment of colors were everywhere. glad to leave early
After rebuilding the starter, the motor still would not start. we have been plagued with this intermittent problem since buying the boat. Richard Pratt , the owner was kind enough to take time out of his day to come and investigate the problem. Finally, he found a broken cable.

We spent the night on a mooring wall. vicky is still finding birds

The area around the falls is so picturesque

It is hard to believe this is a public park and so pristine and serene

The perfect place to relax after a busy day of boating
