5/11 Leaving Annapolis for Baltimore Harbor

My niece told me boaters always write plans in the sand at low tide.
I believe that now more than ever.
As we were leaving the docks in Annapolis, on a cool Spring morning, a line caught in the props. John spent the morning in the cool water trying to cut the line loose. No luck. Our plans to meet Bill and Mary Connors in Baltimore Harbor were changed. We were their luncheon guests at the Annapolis Yacht club. A lovely afternoon with the Connors and finished the day with tea and crumpets on the MV KIDS AGAIN.
Finally the next morning was warmer and line was more co-operative, after 10 minutes it came free. John said "Stupid actions get stupid results".
